Extensive training is conducted for all employees including, but not limited to: SafeLand, SMITH Defensive Driving, 1st Aid/CPR, Well Control, Rigging/Overhead Lifts, etc. Everyone at DWS is entered into the “DWS Competency Program” which evaluates not only training requirements, but job skill and proficiency.
