MARK R. MARMO
PRESIDENT/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mark Marmo serves as the President & CEO of Deep Well Services. Mark has over 20 years of achievement and demonstrated success leading, managing, and delivering financial and operational success in diverse industries; as well as eight years of proven expertise in the Oil and Gas Industry. Prior to joining Deep Well, Mark was the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Talisman Energy. In this role he was responsible for supervising six-business analysts in multiple locations, providing commercial guidance/analysis for current and upcoming projects and assessing all operational information submitted by the Pittsburgh and Houston offices. Some of Mark’s transferable skills include the ability to learn and manage multi-faceted operations simultaneously, with a consummate knowledge of corporate operations, finance, and purchasing functions, small and large-scale acquisitions, and the ability to identify and amend operational/financial shortcomings within abbreviated time frames. Throughout his career, Mark has continuously led teams in delivering ever-increasing profits, sustainable business growth and the successful launching of numerous industry leading products and services. Innovating and transforming companies into market leaders are what fuel him as a business professional. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Carol Naugle brings over 20 years of accounting, taxation, IT and human resource experience to Deep Well Services. For the last 5+ years she has been making an impact in the Oil and Gas industry in various finance leadership roles. Carol is proactive and results oriented with a broad background in all aspects of accounting and financial management. Throughout her career, Carol demonstrated a hands-on management style in the development and implementation of strategic plans to ensure company growth and has been successful in solid planning and organizational skills in coordinating all aspects of each project from inception through completion. Carol effectively communicates directions, commits people to action, and conveys complex information in easily understood formats. In addition, she is a strong team builder and facilitator who foster’s an atmosphere that encourages highly talented accounting professionals to balance high-level skills with maximum production for the company as a whole.
JOHN V. McCALLISTER
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER – SERVICE RIGS
John V. McCallister is recognized as one of the top Oil and Gas professionals in the Appalachian Basin, with over 25 years experience as a project leader, drilling engineer, and production engineer. John has held numerous management positions including: Operations Manager, General Manager, Drilling Manager, and Vice-President. He can work effectively and efficiently in an Asset Team Environment, and has a proven ability to work in unison with staff, vendors, and regulatory agencies to successfully complete projects. At DWS, John thrives at effective business development processes and activities in each operating area to grow top-line revenue and achieve financial goals established and agreed upon, implementing good fiscal processes and standards to manage and control operating costs in concert with overall profit objectives of the company. He is a key asset in establishing operational processes that are standardized and safe, while continuously working on process improvement.

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
John Sabo is a high-energy leader with extensive experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. John was formerly with Travelers Oil and Gas, where he specialized in engineering, risk control, safety, cost containment, contractual risk transfer and consultative service support for Oil and Gas companies nationwide. He excels at creating strategies and leading execution to drive growth, brand positioning, financial management and driving operational excellence through collaborative teamwork. John values safety, customer satisfaction and loyalty, well-developed employee and customer relations, motivation, risk control, and management development. His superior work ethic allows him to effectively guide others, leading them to produce high-quality work consistently.
BRIAN E. LE VANN
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Brian le Vann brings vast knowledge and expertise to Deep Well Services. He has 17 years of world-wide hands on snubbing and consulting experience, including HPHT completions, horizontal drilling and virtually all aspects of snubbing and workover operations with companies including Nexen Energy, Cudd and High Arctic Energy Services. Brian has the ability to adapt quickly to ever changing situation and has outstanding communication and organizational skills. He is a key member of the leadership team bringing insight and out-of-the-box thinking to current and future initiatives. Brian oversees all field operations, providing guidance and solutions that promote Deep Well’s culture and Safety -first mentality, while striving to improve processes and raise performance expectations.

LISA A. HERRINGTON
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER/SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
Lisa Herrington is a high-energy detail oriented Human Resources Manager with progressive experience within large and small-diversified groups. She has over 15 years of Human Resources and Safety experience, with a solid track record of increasing employee morale, productivity, and excellent analytical skills. Lisa is accomplished in transforming disorganized HR organizations into cost-efficient strategic entities and valued partners in attaining top-priority business goals. Lisa has a true passion for developing and delivering training at all levels, including supervisory training and management coaching. At DWS, she is a key contributor to the executive team, participating in organizational development and corporate strategic planning. She is an excellent leader and supervisor, who is highly skilled at motivating HR staff to perform at peak levels.
DAVE M. MULVIHILL
Dave Mulvihill has a strong professional safety experience in various industries and is accountable for all policies and procedures, as well as the continual improvement of all safety performance and safety compliance at Deep Well Services. Dave is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of multi-faceted safety policies and supporting programs. He also inspects and audits properties and operations, recommends regulatory compliance actions, performs contractor and vendor audits to validate their compliance, maintain records and associated databases, and investigates all incidents and makes recommendations for quality control. Overall, Dave is a driven results-oriented professional who has extensive experience, commercial awareness and operational understanding of the risks and processes relating to maintaining a safe work environment. He is committed to the highest standard of health and safety, and is an expert at ensuring that risks are eliminated or minimized in the workplace and surrounding environments.
AARON D. BERARDUCCI
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS PLANNING DIRECTOR
Aaron brings a diverse professional resume and skillset to Deep Well, spanning multiple industries including energy, oil & gas, heavy civil & commercial construction, and insurance. He has a proven track record of success and adaptability in various field, operational, and management roles with areas of expertise including business development, S&OP, operations, logistics, HSE & risk management, purchasing, and QA/QC. At DWS, Aaron is the primary interface and liaison between the Business Development and Operations units. He is responsible for managing this relationship, internal & external communication, and the B.D. & operations planning process to deliver seamless integration to marketplace in line with DWS brand identity. Aaron also manages DWS rig & equipment schedule, utilization/financial projections, and QMS processes for contract management, customer communications, job planning/design, and purchasing/compliance for field suppliers & vendors. Aaron is a highly motivated, outgoing, and resourceful team player with strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and the ability to effortlessly multitask. He is driven by teamwork, collaboration, strategic planning/execution, and an ongoing desire for continued personal and professional growth.
MATT L. TOURIGNY
TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER
Matt is a dedicated professional with 14 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He has worked all over North America in world class basins such as the Duvernay, Montney, Utica, & Marcellus plays. Working as a hydraulic workover rig manager and wellsite supervisor, Matt has demonstrated his advanced leadership abilities by being a part of the operations team that helped in the completion of the longest onshore lateral in US history. In addition, he lead the onsite team in the first ever Duvernay frac (9 well pad) being completed by the 15K – 5 1/8” CAMshale fracturing fluid delivery system. His technical knowledge and experience in executing highly diverse completion & workover programs makes him an exceptional asset to the DWS team.

Joseph is a results-driven and team-oriented leader with 20 years of progressive accounting management experience whose accomplishments reflect superior business acumen, financial development skills, and a demonstrated commitment to organizational growth. He is an expert in analyzing operations and implementing effective systems, strategies, and processes to improve organizational performance and profitability. Joseph has a proven history of reorganizing, streamlining, and strengthening financial operations to maximize performance and profitability. He is an effective and articulate communicator/liaison who quickly builds and nurtures excellent working relationships with external contacts, employees, management, and key decision-makers, resulting in strong/beneficial partnerships. Throughout his career, Joseph has continuously developed comprehensive business plans that demonstrate outstanding short-term and long-term ROI, a key objective for any business.
