What Sets Us Apart?
Deep Well Services maintains state-of-the-art equipment with the latest in technology, and boasts one of the newest fleets in the industry. Our ability to successfully complete complex fishing jobs and high pressure/long lateral programs with our stand alone snubbing units gives us an edge over other snubbing companies in the region. Another value-added service DWS offers is jointed pipe torque & drag well modeling. We can project the PU/SO hook loads, buckling forces, and surface/downhole torque scenarios in multiple wellbore friction factor environments. We use this data to better pre-plan our jobs to ensure the right equipment and pipe selection is chosen for the well parameters in which we will be operating. It also allows us to run post job simulations with the data captured during the operation to cross reference the accuracy of the program and to use as a learning tool for future wells. Unique to the Appalachian Basin, our 10M – 7 1/16″ 142K hybrid unit’s with rotary tables can either work Rig Assist or Standalone operations via a removable gin pole. API compliant “from the crown to the ground,” our snubbing-friendly service rigs and snubbing units offer the following:
- 1 – 110 ft. derrick
- 3- 112 ft. derricks
- 1 – 142K 5M unit
- 2 – 142K 10M units
- 2 – 285k 10M units
- 1 – 285K 15M unit
- 1 – 300k- 15M unit (Coming November 2017)
- 1 – 5M Hot Tap Drill Services
The team at DWS believes in continuously striving to provide better service quality, through safety and operational efficiencies, which result in cost savings for our customers. DWS uses KPI data that tracks a wide array of operational procedures such as rig up, pressure test, TIH to KP, mill times, TOH, TIH production, and rig over/out times, etc. We gauge the onsite KPI times against a benchmark time that we have set as a minimum of what each task should take to grade ourselves and see where our efficiencies, or lack there of, happened on site. Our KPI’s not only track operations efficiencies, but also capture the KPI score for environmental and safety targets on pad.
DWS’ corporate expectations require employees to ensure mechanical and operational integrity throughout the development of preventive maintenance programs, mechanical integrity procedures, employee training and tracking systems to ensure completion of action items from risk assessments, hazard analyses and audits. We continuously raise the bar on quality service and safety standards, never settling for complacency. DWS strives to improve industry standards through team efforts, state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technology. We set ourselves apart as the best of the best for deserving clients like you.
